Psalm 2010

PSALM 2010
Obama is the shepherd I did not want.
He leadeth me beside the still factories.
He restoreth my faith in the Republican party.
He guideth me in the path of unemployment for his party's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the bread line,
I shall fear no hunger, for his bailouts are with me.
He has anointed my income with taxes,
My expenses runneth over.
Surely, poverty and hard living will follow me all the days of my life,
And I will live in a mortgaged home forever.
I am glad I am American,
I am glad that I am free.
But I wish I was a dog ..... And Obama was a tree.
Say Amen!

  1. Carla, As one who has pretty much lost her business, lives in VERMONT!, and is currently on a three week "escape", I can relate. Like so many, I am totally rethinking what I can do or should do to survive right now.

It is amazing to me! Scary, and I am looking for a positive answer.

  2. I LOVE IT!!!!!! So true....So true!! I trust in the Lord and pray for our country. I need to remember God is in control and not to be afraid otherwise if I don't I get scared. He is bigger than any country and Obama. When I focus on Him a peace passes over me. God bless America!

  3. I am sooooo afraid for the future of this country...I have lost all faith in the Government to take care of us. I feel like it's 'every man for himself'!!

I agree with Sugar Pink - "God is bigger than any country" and He is certainly bigger than Obama!! God Bless America!!

  5. We all need to be standing in line at the polls, and praying for our country while we are standing there!
